Shobepai.com.bd Global Vendor Policy

This Global Seller Policy applies to all international and local sellers who operate on Shobepai.com.bd. By registering as a seller, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Seller Eligibility

• Sellers must provide accurate legal name, business registration (if applicable), tax identification (if required), and valid banking details.

• Sellers must be legally authorized to sell and export products from their country of operation.

• Sale of counterfeit, illegal, restricted, or prohibited products is strictly forbidden.

2. Product Listing Requirements

• Product information must be accurate, complete, and not misleading.

• Images must represent the actual product.

• Pricing must be transparent, including applicable taxes, customs duties, or international shipping fees where required.

• Sellers are responsible for ensuring that listed products comply with international trade laws and import regulations of the destination country.

3. Inventory & Order Management

• Only available stock should be listed.

• Sellers must confirm and process orders within the specified timeframe.

• If an item is unavailable, the customer must be notified immediately.

• Sellers are responsible for secure packaging and accurate shipping documentation (invoice, customs declaration, etc.).

4. Shipping & Delivery (International)

• Sellers must ship products within the agreed handling time.

• Valid tracking information must be provided for international shipments.

• Sellers are responsible for export compliance and documentation.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance and destination country regulations.

5. Payments & Commission

• Payments will be released after order confirmation and according to the platform’s payout schedule.

• Commission fees, transaction charges, and international processing fees may apply as per agreement.

• Sellers are responsible for any applicable local taxes in their country.

6. Returns & Refunds

• If a customer receives damaged, defective, or incorrect items, returns will follow platform policy.

• Sellers must respond to return requests within the designated period.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method after verification.

• In international cases, return shipping responsibility will depend on fault determination.

7. Compliance & Legal Obligations

• Sellers must comply with:

  • International trade laws

  • Consumer protection regulations

  • Intellectual property laws

  • Sanctions and export control regulations

• Violation of laws may result in account suspension or legal action.

8. Data Protection & Security

• Sellers must protect customer data and use it only for order fulfillment purposes.

• Sharing customer data with unauthorized parties is strictly prohibited.

9. Policy Violations

• Listing counterfeit or prohibited products

• Repeated order cancellations

• Fraudulent activity or misinformation

• Abuse of customers or platform system

Violations may result in:

• Temporary suspension

• Permanent account termination

• Withholding of payments

  10. Legal Liability & Indemnification Clause

  Any product, service, content, or information uploaded, published, listed, promoted, or sold by a Seller on the platform shall be the sole legal responsibility of that Seller. All civil, criminal, regulatory, and financial liabilities arising from such activities shall rest entirely with the respective Seller.

  If any Seller violates applicable local, national, or international laws — including but not limited to intellectual property laws, consumer protection laws, import-export regulations, digital security laws, or any other relevant legal provisions — by listing or selling any product or service, then:

  1. The Seller shall bear sole, direct, and full responsibility for such violation.

  2. Shobepai.com.bd shall not be held liable, under any circumstances, for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the Seller’s unlawful activities, misrepresentation, or illegal product listings.

  3. The Seller agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the platform, its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, penalties, fines, damages, losses, liabilities, and legal expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to such violation.

  4. The platform reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove the relevant product listing, suspend or permanently terminate the Seller’s account, and withhold any outstanding payments.

  5. Where required by law, the platform may disclose relevant information, documents, or records to law enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies.

  This clause shall constitute a binding and enforceable provision of the Vendor Agreement and shall survive the suspension, termination, or expiration of the agreement.
